\n\t\t\t\t\t\tI chose therapy because I felt that I needed support in understanding my emotions and adjusting to life in a new place. I had a harder time after breaking up and it was hard for me to learn to live alone. I stopped doing things that gave me pleasure, I had less energy and did not believe in my abilities at work. From the very beginning, Dorota created a safe and comfortable space to talk about very difficult problems for me. The form of online therapy did not interfere with my communication, and it helped me adjust the meeting hours to my lifestyle. While working with Dorota, I felt understood, listened to and motivated to find the source of my problems and apply methods that could help me. Dorota quickly recognized how I worked best and suggested hypnotherapy, which quickly helped me make changes to my daily life, making me more active, confident, and healthier (both physically and mentally). Thanks to therapy, I learned to recognize, express and appreciate emotions, even the more difficult ones. I felt more comfortable with myself and aware of my needs. Sessions helped me in many different ways. I was able to organize my thoughts, hear eye opening questions and get inspiration to help my brain get out of a dead end.
